These terms apply to industrytools.irish and purchases from Industry Tools Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Products and safety

Read the full product page, measurements and stated specifications before ordering. Protective and lifting equipment must be selected for the actual task, hazard and workplace requirements. This catalogue does not establish a product's compliance with a particular standard. Request current model-specific documentation when compliance is important.

Prices and orders

Prices and checkout totals are in euro (EUR). The cart shows any delivery charge before payment. An order is accepted when the payment provider confirms payment and we send an order confirmation. If a price or availability error is found before dispatch, we will contact you and you may cancel for a refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable Irish and EU consumer law.

Governing law
